The Power of Play

We use Lego® Serious Play® and the ROCKET® business game in different ways to help teams see things more clearly and develop shared solutions.

Diagnostics
We always start with analysis and diagnostics to understand the issue and barriers. We have developed stand-alone diagnostics tools for Innovation Capability and Remote Working Maturity that help us understand what’s currently working and what’s not.
Design Thinking
We use the Design Council’s Double Diamond model for understanding complex challenges. If forms the basis for iterative collaborative problem solving that drives human-centric holistic solutions.
Canvases and Frameworks
Boy do we love a framework. Its the easiest was to make complex situations simpler. We especially like using Strategyzer® canvasses, but the most important thing is to use the right tool for the right job – so we create our own frameworks as needed.
