When you’re dealing with complex multi-faceted challenges its always useful to use frameworks and models to help sort through the messy, tangled data and knowledge. Models bring clarity and simplify the discussion in a way that allows you to move forward.
We are avid collectors of models from academia, books, open source materials and from our own experiences of designing new products, services, processes and organisations. We are hooked into an extensive network of academics and thought leaders around the world.
If we can’t find the right model or framework to help disentangle your data and illuminate your way forward then we will modify or invent one.
